What we have done
Data for action interventions have been integrated at community, facility and sub-national level:
At the community level, SMS messages are automatically sent to families with children one day before they are due to visit a health facility, to remind them about the visit.
Health workers receive monthly key performance indicators that highlight their performance, and support them to identify actions to improve service delivery.
Decision-makers and planners at the county and sub-county level review the performance of the health facility using an integrated dashboard, and support health facilities to implement service improvement actions.
